Some much welcome changes are on the way for craft breweries, wineries, and distilleries in B.C.
Liquor-based business owners will now be able to sell each other’s products in their tastings rooms.
Coastal Black Winery owner and wine maker Abel O’Brenan says he is picking up a two-tap keg to put behind his tasting bar for this weekend.
O’Brenan says it’s nice from a licensing perspective because when they have weddings, they will already carry all the products they need to have. He adds couples will no longer have to get special events licenses.
