Be ready to slow down while driving, as construction takes place on Cumberland Road starting Tuesday.
The Village of Cumberland says crews will install a watermain at 4703 Cumberland Road, requiring trenching across the road.
Because of the construction, which is expected to take 1 to 2 days, traffic will be reduced to single-lane traffic.
Traffic control personnel will be on-site to direct motorists and help pedestrians in the area. The village asks you to be patient and obey all the signs and flaggers.
