Parade & Dance Party set for Cumberland this Halloween

Halloween is on the way, and the Village of Cumberland will celebrate with a parade.

Called the All Hallow’s Eve Parade, it’s an annual event where residents celebrate Halloween by meeting with friends and dancing in their costumes.

At 4:00 p.m., you can stop by the Cumberland Cultural Center to dance, and the parade will start at 4:10 p.m.

Following the parade, there will be a Halloween dance-off in front of Moons Records, starting at 5:00 p.m.

The dance-off will wrap up at 5:30 p.m.
