146,000 pounds of food raised in annual Stuff the Truck event

Another year and another successful Stuff the Truck fundraising campaign. 

After five days of fundraising from December 9-13, Jet FM’s annual Stuff the Truck event has raised 146,000 pounds of food for the Comox Valley Food Bank. 

An additional $73,000 was raised for the food bank as well. 

Jet FM extends its thanks to all sponsors who made the campaign successful including Thrifty Foods Courtenay Crossing, Courtenay Volunteer Fire Department, Cumberland Fire Rescue Society, Comox Fire Department, Ricky’s Family Restaurant Courtenay, Fatburger Courtenay, Ace Brewing, and Brown’s Social House. 

Thanks goes out to the rest of the community who was able to show up and donate as well.
