A boil water notice is in effect for Graham Lake.
The Comox Valley Regional District says they issued the notice with Island Health because of elevated turbidity in the lake.
While they’re monitoring the water quality of the system, the district asks you to boil your water before drinking.
They say tap water should be boiled for a minute by using a clean pot/kettle, then you leave the water on the counter or in the fridge in covered containers to cool off.
