A Courtenay man is headed for a vacation after a slot jackpot win while on PlayNow.com.
Michael Kramer was in his living room at home playing Powerbucks Wheel of Fortune Elegant Emeralds on January 11 when he won a total of $1,132,698.38 million.
Kramer said his first thought was it was a mistake, and it couldn’t be real and went to call his mother.
“I told her I thought I had just won a progressive jackpot. She was very excited but also was in disbelief.”
Kramer added it meant a lot to his family who he plans to take to dinner at a nice restaurant because of the win.
Kramer also said he’s wanted to visit Tuscany, Italy and plans to take a trip in the not-too-distant future.
