The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) is seeking feedback to create a vision for the future of the Saratoga Beach area.
A local area plan has been developed, focusing on land use, housing, transportation, infrastructure, and other community needs.
Electoral Area C Director Edwin Grieve said they want the community to be part of the process for the future of the area.
“Your feedback is essential to developing a plan that reflects the community’s vision for the future.”
The plan will provide detailed policy guidance for the area, building on the CVRD’s Regional Growth Strategy and the Rural Comox Valley Official Community Plan.
Residents can either get involved by filling in an online survey available until May 12, or attending an open house at the Oyster River Fire Hall on May 5 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
