Finally a bit of a break from those summer season drought like conditions…as water flows increase down the Puntledge River.
BC Hydro spokesperson Stephen Watson says with some wet weather in the forecast this week, river flows are getting a boost.
Watson says after being shut down for the summer, the Puntledge River Hydro-electric plant could soon be fired back up…as water flows are stepped up by 50 percent on Thursday.
