An agreement has been finalized to allow mountain bikers access to forest lands around Cumberland.
TimberWest spokesperson Steve Lorimer says the goal of the agreement is to improve cooperation between forestry companies and trail users.
United Riders of Cumberland President Mike Manara says the agreement also allows the club to maintain the trails.
Manara says the group is working on doing an updated inventory of the trail network to figure out the priorities for maintenance.
