A fire has severely damaged a house in Cumberland, according to the Cumberland fire department.
Assistant Fire Chief Craig Windley says, the fire happened on top of Kendall avenue, at about 6:20 AM on Saturday.
He adds thankfully, no one was injured.
He says neighbors gave a helping hand during the fire, kicking in a side door and rescuing a dog from the garage.
He says they’re not sure where, or how the fire started, however he says investigators will likely begin their work today.
