Seniors Advocate BC is looking for a new wave of volunteers.
Isobel McKenzie says there are approximately 27,000 seniors living in residential care facilities around the province and they want to know what their experience has been like. She says they have around 300 volunteers right now, but they’re looking for more.
She says the sense of gratitude the seniors have has had a tremendous impact on volunteers. People who are interested in helping out can sign up online at surveybcseniors.org.
