School District 71 Superintendent says no worries on "claw back"

It is not exactly a claw back, in fact this is pretty much a wash financially speaking for the Comox Valley School District.

That from District 71 Superintendent Sherry Elwood who says they were prepared for the BC Government to ask for savings from the teachers strike in September, to be returned to the province.

Meanwhile for the most part, so far so good in getting back in the swing of things for the Comox Valley School District…that from Sherry Elwood who says they have experienced some normal early school season hiccups…

Meanwhile Elwood says it looks like the valley school district will have up to 30 more students than expected.

Elwood says a formal head count of Comox Valley students will be carried out on October 17.
