Courtenay Councilor Doug Hillian is seeking a third term on council, and will be on the ballot when voters go to the polls in the municipal elections on November 15th.
Hillian lays out a few of the issues he’d like to tackle, if he’s successful in his bid.
Hillian adds that his experience on council would serve him well.
Hillian has been in the City of Courtenay since 1979. He first gained a seat on council in a 2009 by-election win, and was re-elected in 2011.
