The Hornby Festival Society is receiving funding to look at becoming an education destination for arts and music.
Comox Valley MLA, Don McRae says the organization is receiving $10,000 from the BC Rural Dividend.
The money will be used to conduct a feasibility study to explore the potential for the island to become an education destination for music and the arts.
