COURTENAY, B.C.- Youth have the chance to try out some programs at the LINC Youth Centre for free next week. Their free trial week starts on Sunday, January 7th.
Kicking things off is Scooter Sundays, for youth ages 6 to 12 years old.
That will run from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Mixed media will be offered on January 8th from 4 to 5:30 p.m. for people 11 to 17 years old.
From 4:30 to 5:30, 6 to 12 years olds can try out the Skate FUNdamentals course.
A second Skate FUNdamentals course will run on January 8th from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m.
The creative side of 11 to 17 years olds can be unleashed on Wednesday, January 9th as part of a drawing expressions course (4 to 5:30 p.m.) and a painting expressions course (6:30 to 8 p.m.).
The free trial week wraps up on Thursday, January 11th with the Ladies & Locomotion for 13 to 17 year olds from 4 to 6:30 p.m.
The LINC Youth Centre offers a wide range of services and programs for 8 to 18 year olds. The centre is located 300 Old Island Highway in Courtenay.
