COMOX, B.C. – A beloved video rental shop in Comox is calling it a day.
The Gone Hollywood Video store, located on Anderton Road, released a statement on Facebook announcing the news.
The business has been in operation for 11 years in the Comox Valley.
“It has supported not only our family of five all these years, but also the many wonderful employees we have had,” read the statement.

“It’s been a privilege to know you all and hope to see many of you around town.”
There is no word on what will happen to the building, or if a new business will take over the space in Comox.
Store liquidation will take place from June 30th to August 27th on a first come, first serve basis.
