The 10th Annual Puntledge River Paddle Festival is on the go this weekend in the Comox Valley, attracting whitewater enthusiasts from all over western Canada and even the United States. Jet News spoke with BC Hydro spokesperson Stephen Watson who says the utility is kicking up river flows a notch or two for the big event.
The Puntledge River Paddle Festival is hosted by the Vancouver Island Whitewater Paddling Society.
