Higher minimum wage?

The BC Federation of Labour says it’s going to use the 15th of every month this year to circulate petitions and hand out pamphlets in as many communities as possible.

President Irene Lanzinger says after the last increase in BC’s minimum wage, the dire predictions of opponents just didn’t come true.

They want to see the minimum wage increased from $10.25 to $15.00 an hour.
