Delta Police are issuing an Amber Alert for 18-month-old Alycia Lyle.
They say the little girl was abducted from a Tsawwassen residence by her biological father at 10:20 am this morning.
The abduction occurred after a domestic custody incident between the parents.
The girl is a Caucasian female, with blue eyes, blonde hair, and pierced ears.

She was last seen wearing patterned stockings, a denim skirt and pink shirt.
The suspect is David Harold Gordon Lyle.
He is a Caucasian male, standing 5’6″ with brown eyes, short brown hair, and wearing a black t-shirt.
His vehicle is a 2014 Ford Escape SUV with the Alberta licence plate BMX5704.
