Run away and join the circus! A festival is coming to the Comox Valley.
The North of the Oyster Festival is presented by the Valley’s own Project Intent, along with Cumberland Village Works and Little Island Productions.
The Festival will see a big circus tent hitting the Island with music acts, dancing, circus workshops and a bevy of other activities.
We spoke with Benjamin Howells, the co-owner of Project Intent and one of the organizers of North of the Oyster. He says things are going well as the crew preps for the fest!
Howells goes into a little bit more detail, including some performance dates and location.
He touches on the growing interest of local music and the wide array of music mix that’s out there today.
Howells adds the general population’s palette for a variety of music is quite large and the festival will try to fill that desire music lovers have today.
