The 2nd annual Cruise for Ciaran goes on May 30th in Courtenay. It involves a 5 km cruise, and volunteers are needed to make sure things run smoothly.
A informational meeting goes tonight at the Courtenay Legion at 7:00 pm. There you can find out all you need to know about volunteering at the Cruise.
Event secretary Sue Taylor says they’re hoping to bring in as many people as they can.

And remember, on May 30th…when you take part in the Cruise, helmets are mandatory!
