DriveBC says Highway 19A at Endall Rd. in Black Creek has now reopened, after a ‘vehicle incident’ left it fully closed for hours.
Just before 5:30 pm, Oyster River Fire Rescue reported the road was closed. It anticipated a four-hour closure.
With emergency crews on scene, DriveBC told drivers to brace for delays, detouring via Howard Rd. or Hamm Rd.
