Nanaimo North Cowichan MLA Doug Routley says it’s time for changes at the Island Corridor Foundation… after a report on the long-delayed return of passenger trains to the E&N.
It says the 15 million dollars set aside for track upgrades by regional districts and senior governments won’t be enough.
The Ministry of Transportation ordered the report. And the ICF has already responded – taking issue with the conclusions.
Routley is the NDP’s point man on the file.
