You can expect to hear planes flying this weekend, according to 19 Wing Comox.
They’ll be holding flight training of three CF-18 Hornets will be doing overwater and over-mountain training at the base.
19 Wing says that training could change due to weather, with these planes coming from the 410 Tactical Fighter Operational Training Squadron over at 4 Wing Cold Lake.
They’ve also got a flyby planned for 1:25 pm Sunday afternoon, as a CP-140 Aurora from 407 Long Range Patrol Squadron at 19 Wing will be flying over Comox Marina Park.

It’s part of the Battle of the Atlantic commemoration ceremony, with the plane set to fly at an altitude no lower than 500 feet above the highest obstacle in its path.
