A 29-year-old man is dead following a motorcycle crash on Comox Valley Logging Road.
Comox Valley RCMP say the crash happened on Tuesday at around 9:15 p.m. They say officers were called to a report of the crash near the Island Highway overpass.
Despite best efforts of first responders, they say the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. BC Coroners Service and an investigator from the Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Services also came to the scene.
RCMP say the investigation is ongoing, but speed may be a factor in the crash.
