If you need to get out of the sunshine while out and about in Cumberland, you will be able to find some relief under a new tent.
The Cumberland Business Association will be installing a public rest area parklet tent on the northeast corner of Second Street, with the project being funded by a grant sponsored by Island Coastal Economic Trust.
While the installation takes place, the Village says there will be both minor and temporary interruptions to traffic in the area.
The work is starting today, continuing until Saturday.
