A new playground has been installed at McKenzie Park.
The Town of Comox made this announcement on Friday, with the replacement project that ran in the summer now complete.
Along with slides and climbing features, the playground also has a ReviWheel® Spinner designed for kids aged 2 to 12.
Town mayor Nicole Minions says they thank the community for supporting the project, and the staff and crew who worked on revitalizing the space.

The Town adds that the Comox Valley Lions Club donated $44,000 to the project and helped add rubberized surfacing to the playground.
The playground is now open at Quarry Road.
