With the holidays drawing to a close you might be wondering what you can do with that Christmas tree.
There are a few options for getting rid of your tree around the Comox Valley this weekend.
You can get your tree picked up by the Courtenay and Comox Fire Departments for a small donation or drop them off at the fire hall on Cumberland Road from 10 am to 3 pm.
Municipalities will also collect trees cut in half, no greater than 3 feet long, with regular organics collection. If you choose to have it picked up, be sure to remove all tinsel from the branches.
