Power has been restored downtown, after it was knocked out shortly after noon today.
Our JET FM 98.9 radio station was temporarily off the air but is now back with all your favourite tunes.
BC Hydro’s outage map showed the outage was confined to the west side of Cliffe Avenue, from 5th Street south to 14th Street. Our studio on Fitzgerald was affected along with nearly 180 other customers.
The cause of the outage is unknown.
