Residents of the Comox Valley will have an opportunity to learn more about upcoming projects from the CVRD.
A drop-in meet and greet event is happening Tuesday, October 29 at the CVRD Civic Room from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
The event will feature Directors Daniel Arbour (Electoral Area A), Richard Hardy (Electoral Area B), and Edwin Grieve (Electoral Area C) answering questions about upcoming projects and services from the CVRD and a chance for them to hear feedback.
Grieve said the event is part of their effort to keep communication open with the public and they hope lots of people attend.
“It’s a priority for us as Directors to connect with residents and hear about the issues that are important to them.”
The open house will be drop-in style and have staff available to talk about infrastructure upgrades, firehall projects, emergency preparedness, and more.
Residents are encouraged to bring questions and comments to the event.
