You can get set for Spring Break early by registering for local programs this week.
The Comox Valley Regional District has announced registration will open later this week for their spring break programs.
Manager of Recreation Programs and Services Kevin Penny says this comes as Spring Break is starting early this year.
“We want to ensure there is enough time to get registered in our fun-filled camps and programs,” said Penny.
“Day-camps will be running Monday – Friday and Spring Break swimming lessons will be available to gain skills quickly over the two-week period.”
The district says you can register either online, on the phone by calling 250-334-9622 extension 0, or in person at either the Comox Valley Sports Centre or Aquatic Centre.
Registration opens Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. Spring Break runs March 17 to the 28.
