That’s one of the key goals when it comes to events like this weekend’s Comox Valley Fall Craft Market.
The action took place at the Fallen Alders Community Hall and a bevy of people showed up to check out the homemade, home-based products vendors had to offer.
Mary Whyte was one of the vendors at the market, and she says there are many benefits to supporting local events like this.
