The CVRD Homelessness Referendum has passed.
The question was put to voters in Courtenay, Cumberland, and Areas A, B, and C whether they would support the CVRD collecting money for initiatives to help the homeless.

The CVRD board will consider next steps at its meeting on December 15th.
