COMOX, B.C. – The Salish Raven is running a little bit behind schedule this morning, and it’s not due to any weather conditions.
The ferry that serves the run between Comox’s Little River terminal and Powell River’s Westview station suffered a mechanical issue.
BC Ferries said the ship is experiencing a problem with one of its engines, and is running about 29 minutes behind schedule.
“We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience you may experience as a result of this delay,” read a notice on the ferry service’s website.
