This weekend, we spring our clocks ahead by one hour.
It’s also a wonderful opportunity to check your smoke alarms and replace your batteries. That’s according to Comox Fire Chief Gord Schreiner.
He touches on the importance of working smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
He adds that the Comox Fire Department is lending a helping hand to residents when it comes to checking those alarms.
