There were plenty of tears shed, hands held, and of course laps walked at the recent Canadian Cancer Society Relay for Life at the Vanier track in Courtenay. Goat News was there and spoke with a group of cancer survivors.
Over 100-thousand dollars was raised at the event, all of it going to the Canadian Cancer Society.
