Stephanie is the first ever female in a management role in the history of the Campbell River fire department.

She is a deputy fire chief manager of the dispatch center and fire administration. Prior to this she was a 911 dispatcher for the RCMP for almost 25 years. She is also a mom to very busy twin 14 y olds. As well as that she has volunteered as division manager and team manager in Comox valley minor hockey and Comox valley lacrosse.

On top of all of this she is a great loving wife. On top of all of this she is living through a major Kitchen/family room renovation right now right now. We have no cabinets in the kitchen, we are washing dishes in a sink installed in the powder room and a stove/fridge in the family room She still manages to make dinner and lunches etc within all of this mess. In my mind she is a superstar.
