Changes could be coming to 5th Street in Courtenay!
In addition to the proposed re-coating of the 5th Street bridge, a new project will see a revamping of Fitzgerald to Menzies on 5th Street.
Mayor Larry Jangula touches on the complete streets project.
He says they chose that area for a number of reasons.

Another project the city has its sights set on is the Integrated Stormwater Management Plan.
