It’s that time of year again. Locals woke up to a sprinkling of snow this morning.
In the Campbell River area, Environment Canada’s Thursday morning forecast called for snow mixed with some rain.
And down in the Comox Valley, wet snow over higher terrain is expected around noon.
Drive BC’s Highway 19 cam at Hamm Rd. first caught the snowfall just before 4:30 am.

Snow was also reported on Highway 28 Gold River-bound.
