An act of vandalism was made in Highland Park in Comox on Thursday.
The Town of Comox shared pictures to their social media Friday of the park’s fields with tire tracks dug deeply into several parts of the park.
“We are sad to report that Highland Park fields were vandalized last night,” said the town in the post. “The fields are closed until further notice.”
They have also submitted a report to police. If you have information on the incident you’re asked to call the Comox Valley RCMP on their non-emergency line at 250-338-1321.
