Comox Valley Search & Rescue (SAR) lost one of its most beloved K9 members.
Potus, who passed away at 13.5 years old, had been described by the organization in their Facebook post as a great ambassador for the team, and was a well-loved member, in addition to his operational duties.
When then-Prime Minister Stephen Harper paid the team a visit during a campaign stop in 2015, Potus greeted him, with the organization saying they’re sending their love to his handler, Scott, and the rest of Potus’ family.
