The Cumberland Health Centre’s pharmacy retail outlet is set to close.
Island Health says the closure will be done to support the pharmacy services to Cumberland Lodge and other long-term care facilities in the mid-Island area.
Along with reconfiguring the space, pharmacy staff will help transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy for people to obtain, with Pharmasave located at Beaufort Avenue in Cumberland.
The closure is set for November 1.
