The Comox Valley Regional has confirmed that based on public sightings this afternoon, a bear and her two cubs were spotted near the Seacliffe entrance to Seal Bay Park today.
Officials urge residents to keep your children close at hand and your pets leashed.
No word right now on whether Conservation Officers have been called in to investigate.
