Jingle Bell Run

The Jingle Bell Run is usually the first Sunday in December, so on Sunday morning, December 5, we will gather in Seal Bay Park at the Hardy Road entrance. Create a tradition and make this run a time for your family to gift others, reach out in solidarity, and support our community. Make it a time to connect with nature, to be with one another, to challenge each other. Encourage other family members and friends, neighbours, and coworkers to dress festively and join in on the fun.
Registration on site is between 9:15 am and 9:50 am. You can also register above through Race Roster, and you will receive a tax receipt for any donation $20 or more.
Entry is $10.00/single; $15.00 /adult and child; $20.00/family.
I can hear a faint “hohoho” echoing through the trees around 9:45 am, along with some announcements and draw prizes.
The marked 7.3 Forest Loop run begins at 10:00 am. Santa will count down the fast-paced 3.2 km run at 10:03 am, and the combined 7.3 Forest Loop and 3.2 km walk will sing through the trees at 10:05 am. Children must be under the supervision of their parents. The trails are marked with sawdust and red bows, but there are no marshals on the course. We do not want children out on the course on their own. For safety reasons, no pets please.
After your run/walk, have a cookie and some hot chocolate or a coffee!  Thank you for your generosity.
